Cam Hill, the founder of the firm, is a former certified Human Resources professional with exceptional skills in investigation, mediation, dispute resolution, and training. With past roles ranging from Labour Relations Specialist to Director of Human Resources for large organizations, Cam brought over thirty years of combined public and private sector experience to our consulting practice and was the pioneer of our signature Harassment Investigation training programs. Although retired from day-to-day operations, Cam continues to leave a lasting legacy.

Dylan Hill

With over 26 years of experience as a harassment investigator, Dylan has conducted thousands of workplace interviews, including serious allegations & workplace violence. He has produced numerous reports under Workplace Harassment and Violence Prevention Regulations, outlining findings, root cause analysis, and recommendations, as well as other forms of workplace violations and respectful workplace policies. 

Dylan is the sole instructor for all levels of our Harassment Investigation Courses, Investigation Report courses, and Leadership training projects. He graduated with honors from the Red River College Human Resources Management Program and is a current CPHR candidate.
